These leather backpacks are handmade using some of the finest full-grain leathers available. They will be at your service for many years, taking on a wonderful rich character with age.
The unique ribbed construction of this backpack is cut from one single section of leather. The frame is carry-on friendly, with a 25 liter capacity, and it uses an effective compression cinch at the top. The slim padded shoulder straps are stowable by latching to the two rings in front - this arrangement also gives you the added option of a duffel-like carry. The semi-rigid internal pocket is fully removable, and can be used as a standalone carry pouch / organizer. For extra support on long hauls, it includes a simple but effective sternum strap assembly (which slides out of the way when you don't need it), and a waist-strap sleeve at the rear - slide in your belt, and enjoy the comforts of efficient weight distribution..(science!!)... For additional quick-access, it has grommets under the lid for attaching your keys, a flat document pocket at the rear, and exterior lash points all around. All hardware is solid brass with a satin-steel finish, and all contact points are thoroughly reinforced.
I set out to design this bag because I wanted a simple minimalist bucket that would travel well, while still being sleek/stylish enough for the office or upscale restaurants. It would need to have classic looks, a rugged construction, and some practical long-distance features - in short, a backpackers pack that doesn't look like one.

LEATHER
Every hide is different, and each one will have its own signature look; range markings, scars, and wrinkles give each piece a unique character. The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected. With regular exposure to dirt and everyday life, the materials will darken and take on a warm patina.
Probably the most beautiful, thoughtfully designed, meticulously crafted object I will ever own.
