First of all, I love this wallet!
I love the styling. The workmanship is excellent, the stitching, the cut, the beautiful lesthet, I just can't fault it in any way! This is a quality product!
But, although I love the use of the paracord in the styling, using the paracord tab to pull up on the cards just doesn't really work. Having that cord running down the inside edge of the main card slot makes the fit tighter.
I ended up cutting my paracord out on the tab side, and now I can get the cards out much more easily (and hold more in there without them being too tight to remove).
I also have another Ochre wallet (the Flip) and the quality of that is also excellent. In fact I ordered another Flip and Jump in different colours, I like them that much.
Received my Jump wallet today, and it's absolutely gorgeous. Very well crafted, and I look forward to using it for years as it develops its own patina. I expect this thing will last forever. I love the paracord loop off the bottom of the wallet and have already found it handy in pulling the wallet out of my pocket.
Julian's customer service was fantastic as well, and he was very helpful after the purchase when we needed to change up the stamp because the colour I picked for the stamp (black) wouldn't work with the natural leather.
The gimmick of the wallet, however, appears to be just that. It's certainly a nice thought, to have the paracord loop on the top that you can use to eject your cards, but in practice it just doesn't seem to work all that well. It's significantly more difficult to yank that cord than it is to just grab the cards and pull them out with your fingers. And when it does work, sometimes it only grabs on to a couple of the cards, often leaving the back cards still tucked away, defeating the purpose.
I'll certainly give it some more time and see if it gets more consistent and easier as the cards settle in and the leather stretches. And if it does, that 5th star is yours!
At the end of the day, the wallet is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well made - Julian clearly cares about his products and is excellent at his craft. I'd highly recommend this to anyone - as long as your expectations for the ejection mechanism are tempered. :-)

Very impressive product that is very tight. Which I don’t mind because I know it will break in nicely. Love the initial imprint and I opted for the long cord to secure to my pants loop.
